A novel uterine (womb) cannula/manipulator ("Atiomo-DyeSeal™" Uterine Manipulator ) used in  women having a common gynaecological operation called laparoscopy.  It’s benefits include a more effective test of fertility (open fallopian tubes), easier and faster surgery (better uterine manipulation) and it avoids the risks of hospital acquired infection from using reusable devices.

A device (Laparoscopic Assistant™ ) to enable the operating gynaecologist to manipulate the uterus as well as the operating laparoscope during laparoscopy.  It's benefits include a reduction of the number of medical personnel required to perform a laparoscopy, freeing up medical personnel for urgent clinical tasks and providing opportunities for significant cost savings to women and hospitals.

Cervical dilators (Safe Dilators™) that allow the gynaecologist to safely stretch the cervical canal open without puncturing the wall of the womb during surgery which can potentially be life threatening.  It's benefits include the reduction of the risks of harm to women and the associated litigations costs to doctors and hospitals.
